1. 服務內容
本平台提供針對外國人士之中文教學課程,包含實體課程與線上課程。課程資訊(內容、時數、費用、教材)均以網站公告或報名頁面所載為準。
1. Services Provided
Our platform offers Chinese language courses for foreign learners, including both in-person and online classes. Course information (content, duration, fees, and materials) is subject to the details listed on our website or registration page.
2. 報名與付款
- 學員完成線上報名程序並繳費成功,即視為報名完成。
- 課程費用應依照公告方式繳納(信用卡、轉帳或其他指定方式)。
- 海外付款可能會產生匯差或手續費,由學員自行負擔。
2. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed once the online registration process is completed and payment is received.
- Tuition fees must be paid according to the methods listed (credit card, bank transfer, or other specified options).
- Additional bank charges or currency exchange fees incurred from international payments are the responsibility of the student.
3. 開課條件
- 課程需達最低開班人數始得開課。若未達開班人數,本平台將全額退費。
- 開課後,因不可抗力(如疫情、天災、停電等)影響,課程可能延期或改為線上授課,學員不得以此為由要求額外賠償。
3. Course Availability
- A minimum number of students is required for a course to begin. If the minimum is not met, the course will be canceled, and full refunds will be issued.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, power outages), courses may be postponed or moved online. Students may not claim additional compensation for such adjustments.
4. 課程調整
- 若授課教師臨時無法授課,本平台有權更換其他合格教師,並於合理範圍內調整課程時數或時間。
- 學員缺課恕不另行退費,但可依平台公告方式申請補課或觀看錄製教材(若有提供)。
4. Course Adjustments
- If the assigned instructor is unavailable, the platform reserves the right to assign another qualified teacher and reasonably adjust class schedules.
- Absences by students are non-refundable. Make-up sessions or recorded materials (if available) may be provided according to platform policy.
5. 學員義務
- 學員應遵守課堂規範,尊重教師與其他學員,維護正常學習環境。
- 未經同意,不得錄音、錄影或散布課程內容。
5. Student Responsibilities
- Students are required to follow classroom rules, respect instructors and peers, and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Recording, filming, or distributing course content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. 個資保護
平台將依相關法令蒐集、處理及利用學員個人資料,僅限於課程管理與必要聯繫用途,不會任意洩漏予第三方。
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with relevant laws. Data will be used solely for course management and communication purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
7. 合約終止
學員得隨時依退費政策申請終止課程。本平台保留在特殊情況下終止服務之權利,並依退費政策辦理。
7. Termination
Students may terminate enrollment at any time by following the Refund Policy. The platform also reserves the right to terminate services under special circumstances in accordance with the Refund Policy.
