退費政策

(Refund Policy)

  1. 開課前申請退費
    • 退還已繳學費之 90%,報名費不予退還。
    Before Course Starts
    • 90% of the tuition will be refunded. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. 課程已開始,但上課時數未逾總時數三分之一
    • 退還已繳學費之 50%
    After Course Starts but Before One-Third of Course Completed
    • 50% of the tuition will be refunded.
  3. 課程已上超過總時數三分之一
    • 不予退費。
    After One-Third of Course Completed
    • No refund will be granted.
  4. 因課程未能開班(非學員責任)
    • 全額退還已繳費用(含報名費與學費)。
    Course Cancellation (Not Student’s Responsibility)
    • A full refund, including tuition and registration fees, will be issued.
  5. 退費申請流程
    • 學員須於規定期限內提出申請,並提供退費申請表、繳費收據、身份證件及銀行帳戶資料。
    • 平台將於 30 個工作日內 完成退款。
    Refund Process
    • Refund requests must be submitted within the designated period with a refund form, proof of payment, ID, and bank account details.
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
  6. 手續費與匯差
    • 國內退費:由平台承擔轉帳手續費。
    • 海外退費:如涉及銀行手續費或匯差,由學員自行負擔,退款金額以實際入帳為準。
    Bank Charges and Exchange Differences
    • Domestic refunds: Transfer fees are covered by the platform.
    • International refunds: Bank charges and exchange rate differences are borne by the student, and the refund amount will be based on the actual amount received.
